House on Belmont Reservations   Every room at the House on Belmont has a private bathroom. A door secured on both sides connects the Sharlotte Room and the Francesca Room makes an ideal space for families or friends traveling together! Warm breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 AM each morning in our beautiful dining room. Check out time is 11:00 AM and check in between 3:00 PM and 7:00PM (a later check in can be easily arraigned with advance notice). Every attempt will be made to accommodate special dietary needs. The House on Belmont is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY, smoking is permitted outside and on the porches. Well behaved Children and pets are welcome. Our dog Joe is always willing to share a doggie treat or two! Complete this email registration form and we will contact you via your preferred method. Our cancellation Policy is as follows: The House on Belmont will refund the full amount for any reservation cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date and check in time (3:00 PM EST). Should the cancellation request be made after 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, refund will not be made.   Should a House on Belmont Guest be dissatisfied with accommodations after competition of stay, Guest will be refunded at owner’s discretion and upon written request (within 24 hours of stay) one-half of total stay charges.   Please note we do have a well behaved house dog. Joe is a 50 pound black mutt (mostly Labrador), he is well trained and not allowed in guest rooms. He will be here to greet you with a friendly wag of his tail and a hello bark, Pet Update!! Joe has a sister now! We have adopted another rescue Labrador. Her name is Sophie and she is as sweet as can be!
